Refund and Cancellation Policy for KOMPTE.

At KOMPTE. we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for sports events. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or seek a refund for your booking. Cancellation and Refund Request Window Refund requests will only be entertained if made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled event date. Requests received after this timeframe will not be eligible for refunds. Valid Reasons for Refund Requests Refund requests will only be considered for extremely valid reasons, such as: - Serious illness or injury - Family emergency - Travel restrictions or visa issues KOMPTE. reserves the right to request supporting documentation or evidence for the stated reason. Refund Processing If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Late Arrival or No-Show Policy

No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time (10 Mins Before Event Starts) for the scheduled event. Organizer's Discretion Kompte's event organizers reserve the right to deny any refund request if deemed invalid or unreasonable. The decision of the organizer is final and binding.
