Delete your Kompte account
This page explains how to delete the account you use in the Kompte app (by KOMPTE. SPORTECH Pvt. Ltd.) and on kompte.com, and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open the Kompte app and log in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

- Name, email address, phone number, date of birth and gender
- Profile photo, bio, city and uploaded ID documents
- Your name and photo on rankings, brackets and match history (shown as “Deleted player”)
- Followed players and tournaments, and match-alert notification tokens
- Your password and sign-in methods — you can no longer log in
What we keep
- Registration and payment records, including GST invoices, for 8 years as Indian tax law requires
- Match scores and results, without your name, so tournament brackets stay complete
